Strength Lab
Coach-led athletic development designed to help young athletes develop strength, speed, confidence, and resilience—for sport and for life.
Today's young athletes spend more time specializing in one sport than ever before.
Our goal is to develop complete athletes—not just better hockey players, soccer players, or basketball players.
Through age-appropriate strength and conditioning, we help athletes:
✔ Move better
✔ Run faster
✔ Jump higher
✔ Reduce injury risk
✔ Build confidence
✔ Develop lifelong healthy habits
We believe great athletes are built over years, not in a single season.
Every athlete follows a program designed for their age, experience, and goals.
Every workout is supervised by experienced coaches.
We focus on building better athletes—not burning them out.
We build confidence as much as strength.

This is where confidence begins.
Young athletes develop balance, coordination, body awareness, and a love for movement through fun, coach-led activities.
We focus on:
✔ Balance
✔ Coordination
✔ Jumping & Landing
✔ Body Control
✔ Strength
✔ Games & Movement Challenges
Our goal isn't to create elite athletes at age six.
Our goal is to build confident movers who enjoy being active.

This is where athletes begin building the foundation for long-term success.
They learn proper movement mechanics, lifting technique, sprint mechanics, and how to safely develop strength.
Focus Areas
✔ Strength
✔ Speed
✔ Agility

Training focuses on:
✔ Strength
✔ Power
✔ Speed
✔ Explosiveness
✔ Injury Prevention
✔ Sport-Specific Performance
✔ In-Season & Off-Season Development
This is where your high school and college athletes train.
Our goal is to build well-rounded athletes. Studies have shown that athletes with physical imbalances tend to get injured at higher rates. Our programs will address the areas of strength and fitness that include: Core, Single Leg Strength, Dual Leg Strength, Upper Body Pushing and Pulling Strength, Hinge Strength, Speed, Agility, and Power. We will also focus on conditioning. Our Foundations and Performance program is NOT an exercise program. It is a training program progressively designed to improve overall strength and conditioning.
We strive for physical literacy in our teens to be physically competent good movers, confident in themselves, and motivated to move. Strength impacts physical literacy to a large degree and gives kids the knowledge to pursue the broadest range of physical activities throughout their lifetime. Gaining strength accomplishes this very quickly as it provides a massive gain in self-confidence and impacts every other physical endeavor positively.

Not at all!
Many of our athletes are brand new to strength training. Our coaches teach proper movement and lifting technique from the ground up, so beginners feel comfortable and experienced athletes continue to be challenged. Every athlete is coached based on their current ability—not compared to anyone else.
Absolutely.
Strength Lab is designed for athletes of all experience levels. Whether your child is stepping into a gym for the first time or preparing for varsity or college athletics, we'll meet them where they are and help them progress safely and confidently.
Yes!
In-season training is one of the best ways to maintain strength, reduce injury risk, and continue developing throughout the year. We simply adjust training volume and intensity based on practices, games, and competition schedules so athletes stay fresh and perform their best.
It depends on their age, sport, and goals.
As a general guideline:
We'll help you determine the best schedule based on your athlete's needs and current sports commitments.
Yes!
New athletes can join throughout the year as space allows. We'll help place them in the appropriate group based on their age, experience, and goals to ensure they have a positive and successful start.
