Our certified coaches will help build individualized programs and coach clients both inside and outside of the gym to achieve their goals, see results, find success, and remain consistent. Jim has had a lifelong pursuit of strength and health that started during his younger years of wrestling. After playing many sports though school he graduated and joined the Navy. Jim spent 6 years as a Naval Aircrewman where he continued to develop his passion for human health and performance. After his naval career he started to pursue strength training as well as athletic performance. His passion for coaching and mentoring youth athletes has helped him to develop a unique and effective training system for long term success. Jim has also studied, trained and developed his longevity based training systems for over a decade to help adults and former athletes continue to be fit and healthy at all ages and stages of life.

Hey everyone, I’m coach Kelci. Strength training has been a part of my life since I was younger. I’ve battled weight loss, body image issues, and sports injuries. Being an athlete and discovering weight lifting has changed how I view myself and my approach on life. I am very passionate about getting strong and discovering your true strength. Being a mom of 3 I want to set a good example for my children and show others that living a healthy lifestyle isn’t hard. Fitness is very important to our family and finding a good balance with our busy lives is how we can maintain a healthy lifestyle. I love helping our members find their inner strength and transferring that into their life.

I am Heather Waters, a certified personal trainer and nutritionist accredited by ISSA. For me, my passion lies in guiding clients towards achieving their own personal goals while dispelling misconceptions surrounding health and fitness. This journey is not only transformative, but can be enjoyable with the support of their gym community. I began my fitness journey at Secord Strength in Benton City, Washington approximately three years ago. Like many others, I had lost touch with myself amidst raising children, the demands of daily life, and coping with loss. I had decided to be proactive and take steps towards better health, one day at a time, which ultimately changed my life. Discovering the profound joy of feeling both physically and mentally well was enlightening and revolutionary. For me, this experience underscored that it is never too late to embark on a fitness journey, though I personally wish I would have started sooner. Meeting individuals who have inspired me and witnessing firsthand the transformative power of health and fitness fueled a deep-seated passion. This culminated in my career transition to personal training and nutrition coaching. Today, I am dedicated to empower clients to discover their own strength by designing tailor-made programs that cater to each individual person’s needs and goals.
