We are excited to announce our youth athletic camp is back this summer starting June 17th! Our 3rd annual camp will be coached by three of our nationally accredited certified coaches. The camp will be an exciting mix of speed and agility training, weightlifting, endurance training, and fitness games. Let us partner with your youth this summer! Whether they are a seasoned athlete or just starting out, we will help empower them to reach their full potential through education and fun instruction.
Ages 6-9

Our Rookie class consists of age-appropriate fitness and conditioning training for kids. The class incorporates proper movement mechanics, strength training, and fitness games. This class is a great foundation of general strength that can translate into any sport. All while having fun!
Ages 10-13
Tues/Thurs 8:30-9:25 AM
Our preteen class is based on age and maturity. The class focuses on strength training, movement training, and conditioning. Once basic technique and lifting form are mastered the training becomes progressively harder. At this age it is pivotal for kids to develop and prepare for the demands of high school

This class will give them a head start to be successful in their sport.
Ages 14-18
Mon-Thurs 9:30-10:25 AM
This program is designed to meet the demands of high-level athletics. The 55-minute class consists of sport specific strength, speed, agility, quickness, and power movements designed to complement and improve the athlete’s potential in their sport. The athlete’s program will be designed based on their needs, ability, and time in the season.

The summer camp is 9 weeks. It starts June 17th and goes through August 15th.
Tuition is always due before June 17th to secure a spot in the class. We do require a working debit/credit card on file and that you are set on an automatic payment schedule. If you would like to pay with alternative method, you must do so before your scheduled payment date or your card will be run. You can choose to pay the total amount upfront or two payments (Before June 17th and July 15th)
We do not require special attire for classes. Something comfy or p.e. type clothes are fine like shorts and a t-shirt. Proper running shoes are required, no crocs or sandals. Please keep in mind that sometimes your child may be upside down so make sure their shirt isn't so loose it will flip over their head. Long hair must be pulled back in a pony.
No jeans, zippers, snaps, or buttons may be worn as they can get caught on the mats and pose a safety issue. No mid-drifts, sports bras must have a shirt worn over, no extremely short shorts unless they are gymnastics shorts.
Please make sure your child brings water to stay hydrated during class.
We have a small area for parents. We ask that you please do not talk to your child during class, it is disruptive to your child and other children in class. If there is a situation the instructor needs your help, they will ask. Siblings must be watched at all times. If children are running, yelling, rough housing, or being a disruption to classes or anyone else in the viewing area you will be asked to leave and pick up your child when class is over.
