Our trainers build personalized programs for individuals who want to achieve fitness goals while optimizing their health and wellness. After a complimentary initial consultation, our trainers design a constantly evolving fitness program tailored to the needs of each individual to ensure continued progress. They help clients reach their goals through appropriate cardiovascular, flexibility, and strength exercises. Some other responsibilities include demonstrating exercises, assisting to prevent injuries, and monitoring client progress.

We offer training sessions with a small group for those who want to work out with a training partner or like-minded individuals. Small group training session have up to 7 clients per one coach. Your training sessions are your own and you follow your own program designed for you. Our experienced trainers provide the same services as one-on-one training which includes building each individual a personalized program and providing the support needed for continued success. You get all the benefits of one-on-one training at a reduced cost to you.
